Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How do I return a product for a refund or exchange?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 26 Holme Mills Industrial Estate, Britannia Road, Milnsbridge HD3 4QF. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable however a full refund inclusive of shipping costs will be made where a product is defective.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
Orders delivered to UK addresses must be returned by post within 28 days of receipt and orders to international addresses within 28 days from dispatch. The products remain your responsibility until they reach our fulfilment centre for processing. Please see the dispatch note enclosed with your products. When returning your product by post you should obtain proof of postage from the postal service you use. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning. We will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them. No exchanges can be made via the fulfilment centre (this is because we cannot guarantee stock levels due to expected high turnover of styles).
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that payments to your credit card always depends on your bank/building society.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.
You also have a right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via the page here within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale. If you cancel your order you will be reimbursed the cost of items cancelled, plus postage if the entire order is cancelled and you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:
- You can open the packaging to look at and try the products. Any plastic wrap of a pillow should remain in place.
- You mustn’t use the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
- Tags should not be removed from any item.
- The original packaging should be retained and returned
If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
